Refund and Cancellation
THE KIDSZIA believes in helping its customers the best possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the order has been processed or we have initiated the process of shipping it.
• THE KIDSZIA does not accept cancellation requests after production/ shipping. However, replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the product delivered is wrong or damaged.
• In case of of damaged or missing item please report the same to our Customer Service team. KINDLY NOPTE: COMPLETE PARCEL OPENING VIDEO WITHOUT CUTS AND EDITS IS COMPULSARY to claim any damaged or missing item.
• The request will be entertained once the team has checked and determined the same at its own end. This should be reported within/ same day of the product delivery.
• The Kidszia doesn't provide return/ exchange on basis of dislike or not satisfied with the product. However, we try our best to provide you with the top notch quality products and services.
